ya pretty correct, but for some reason, its peaking at almost 9lbs, not sure why, the exchuast is very free flowing, huge CAI, the only thing I can think it can be is the B16 pulley on the type R blower.
is the type R crank pulley smaller?? or am I just lucky. hehe

What exactly did you have to do to get that to work in a CRX? I know a lot of people who are askng this question.
My guess would be the relocation of the master cylinder and pull the firewall back a few inches???

Sak?? what are you talking about?? move the firewall?? good lord I would not be that desperete to put a jackson in my CRX to move the firewall. I would have just went turbo, and saved about 3000 dollars.
now lets see if I can try to answer your question, I am guessing you are asking this cause you think it was a tight squeeze in there, which in reality, if you have the proper setup (I used place racing mount kit) you would have plenty of room, now with the hasport kit ould work also, but I think the place kit offer a tad more room to put the charger in. also jackson does offer the charger for a stock CRX also, which also goes in just fine. so to try and answer you question, I did not have to modify anything (I think I would be tad to lazy for all that stuff you were implying) and there is plenty of room to put the charger in.
hope that helps

Well, I do know that they make a kit for the stock CRX's. My main question was towards your setup with the B-series motor + JRSC for tat motor in the CRX.
I had always thought that it wasn't a straight bolt-in without modifications. Was it that simple just by using the new motor mounts?

Brian G at Hasport managed to toos one in his 88, with the new billit mounts. I have a pic of it somwhere. I could e-mail it to you, but with the place mounts it made it pretty easy to throw the blower in there. no modifications were necessary.
